The intended user of this type of appraisal report is restricted to the client. The Scope of Work for this type of assignment describes the appraisal process and what is considered in the appraisal report. Information and analyses considered in the appraisal process used in developing the opinion of value do not have to be presented in the appraisal report, but must be retained in the appraiser's workfile. The TABLE OF CONTENTS for this building appraisal report is shown at right. Parts one and two of this building appraisal report format are consistent with the land appraisal report formats.
