When to Use This Product:

The AppraisalEditor® 2600 Series Commercial Real Estate Narrative Appraisal Report Word.doc Code #2608 - Building Appraisal; Summary Report Format was designed for a USPAP conforming intermediate level summary report description and presentation which can readily be modified in use by a copy, paste and deletion process to achieve the assignment Scope of Work requirements. There is no programming involved with this Word.doc product that will prevent you from readily using it to its full extent in your appraisal work. I recommend that the finished appraisal report not be so summary in presentation that it cannot be readily updated in the future, or that it otherwise necessitates a client review "of your appraisal file or work papers."

The TABLE OF CONTENTS for this building appraisal report is shown at right. Parts one and two of this building appraisal report format are consistent with the land appraisal report formats. Parts three and four of this building appraisal format are different from the land appraisal format since report sections are required for building valuation methods consisting of the Cost Approach, Sales Comparison Approach and the Income Capitalization Approach involving the application of AppraisalEditor® MS Word-Excel spreadsheet Market Analyzer, Cost Analyzer and Income Analyzer software (See Products #2650, #2660 and #2670.)

The TOC is designed with a form-fill feature that automatically numbers the pages in the TOC and, when clicked-on, forwards the reader to that Section of the report.
